Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please include the RA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of your original invoice inside the package.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Refund or Exchange:

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange within 7 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost, subject to availability.
